Christmas 2011

This years Christmas went for 3 days !! We started off swapping presents with friends and cousins on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day with Sandy's family and Boxing Day with mine. Phew very hectic !!

I really didn't get a heap of pictures this year although we were all over the place. Just lots of the kids opening their presents. So here goes !!!

With the above gift E told me in the calmest voice, "This is what I have always wanted!". With that she put it down and continued unwrapping with no further comment about the other gifts. She must have really wanted that doll !!!

When mum returned from the US she bought back some cute Christmas cupcake decos so we decided to make some cupcakes for Christmas Day to take to Aunty Terri's.

The finished product, complete with Micky Mouse Xmas Sprinkles !!!

So the next day it was off to Grandma's to catch up with Uncle Jim, Uncle John and Aunty Margaret for MORE presents !!

So for my mum's 60th Birthday I bought her an Elvis Presley coffee table. It was the most excited she has been about a gift for a very long time and couldn't stop telling people about that one gift. Even though I had also purchased her a 50's inspired Glamour Photo Shoot !!! Anyway since she was so excited about that I found the matching foot stool !!!

Excited !!! Even more so that it has the Empire State Building on it too !!!

For Christmas as a joke we bought Uncle Jim a "Pet" so that he is not always home alone. We also decided that he needed Just Dance for the Wii so that he can get in lots of practice for when he comes and visits the girls !!

Now you wont be home alone Jim with Kung Zhu, your new PET !!!

So after all the fun and excitement of the past 3 days all over with we decided to give Uncle John and Aunty Margaret a nice tour of Kiama and the surrounding area.

Nothing beats fish and chips in Kiama next to the ocean !!
